Look at the Nielsen rating here, look at the overall show ratings and what do they tell you?? They tell you that when EJami was moving forward with Sami jealous and kissing EJ and forgiving EJ for past mistakes and making love to EJ, the ratings were slowly but SURELY improving. Now, can someone please tell me how this crap now is any different from the crap Hogan fed us? Sami blubbering over Lucas and attacking EJ every chance she gets. It didn't work for Hogan and it's not working for Higley. Sami needs to choose EJ, realize she's head over heels in love with him and realize that she has never loved anyone but EJ. Until that happens, the show's ratings will stay in the toilet.

WTF? There was NOTHING special about these episodes except how disgusting they were to loyal viewers who bother to continue to care about the show when it is clear TPTB could care less about it given the material they produce for the audience!

The episodes should have counted because the show aired in its normal time slot Mon-Weds. The low ratings should have counted and that is what the show deserves for trying to bitch slap the viewers again and again.

We have Chloe and Philip as friends with benefits, then she goes and has sex with Lucas in an elevator, EJ and Nicole had sex in an elevator, John and Ava are going to have sex, Daniel and Kate and I am sure this list will grow. The only people that have happiness are Bope, Payla (for now) and Stax. If Dena Higley is making me hate half of Salem, killing the ratings because they were too high and getting me not to watch anymore, congratulations, mission accomplished. At this point, it's a wonder if any of this can be salvaged.

Just a suggestion. When I get next week's issue of SOD, I am wondering if I will open it and find out that the entire town of Salem is participating in a naked orgy during a severe Thunderstorm.

The only sex scene which has worked for me the last two years is when EJ and Sami made love for the first time because it was about love and showing their feelings for each other. That's why it worked. L-O-V-E.

The writers have this HUGE potential sitting right there in front of them, the hottest, darkest romance to hit Daytime in decades, and they are letting it sputter out while they push other weaker storylines. If you don't have the staff capable of following through, and / or are unwilling to allow the writing staff to develop this couple, you all are a sad, sad group to be in charge.
